I had booked for all 3 functions (all by Nandini) but I had to cancel after seeing the disaster after the first makeup. Extremely rude and unethical behaviour and disastrous makeup. Most of the clients cancel after first function. If not anything.. believe me and book only for one function initially and judge yourself. Had to reply: I had paid advance for 3 functions which was more than the cost of the horrible makeup and see the shamelessness she expects me to pay extra and not even return the advance. And yes the reviews are fake I personally know few brides and I have seen ppl cancel as well. So yea And me and my family yelled? I had come alone for the makeup! 😂

Nandini was super approachable and interactive when I first contacted her. She is professional in her attitude which is usually not seen in many people in the wedding business in Varanasi. She sent us a list of the products she uses, her requirements were clearly laid out on the phone and also WhatsApp. Booking was smooth and finding her location was easy. Her attitude is amazing. It was the worst experience with her. The makeup that she did for my reception was so cakey that I had to undo it and do it myself. I kept telling her that I could see patches and she would just use cotton to clean it. I'm so thankful that I had the time to redo my makeup otherwise it would've been a disaster.
