We had rented some jewelry for my cousin's wedding. They have a horrible customer service. The way it works is, we pay some advance while renting the jewelry and they return back the advance while we return the jewelry to them. We dunzoed the jewelry to their anna nagar office. For some reason they are not responding to our calls or messages. Please improve your customer service.
