Total waste of time , energy and money. They will take full money in advance and then will make you rush to their store for almost 2 years and still will not provide you whatever was promised. They are loots never go for them and spoil your special day. The people and staff is rude they will start fighting if you ask for whatever was promised. They have purchased the google rating their work is below average no fine editing nothing special . They will just cut and paste the raw videos with some weird old songs and that too after many fights with their staff and 2 years of constant chase

Writing this review 1 year after the wedding because that is how long it takes them to deliver the final content to you. I will split this review as per categories: 1) Professionalism: Their photographers would leave without even shooting some wedding events. In my case, they forgot to shoot the entire Vidai. Plus they handle data so carelessly they would end up losing data of events that they have shot. In my case we ended up losing entire Sangeet video, an event for which we spent 2 lacs to organise. All they did to compensate that was a mere "Sorry" and 50% refund of fees. What about all the expenses I had bear to organise this event and what about all the precious moments we lost because of their carelessness? Their photographers would reach late at the venue and would miss shooting some ceremonies. Even when they reach, they are busy focussing on shooting the girls. During the Saat Phere in Mandap, we had to literally wake up the photographer to shoot because he had fallen asleep in a corner. 2) Poor Quality: Even the events they shot and could retain were so poor in quality that their editing team itself had to say that our content does not have too many good shots to make a proper Wedding Teaser Video. It appeared to be made by a trainee photographer. Bridal shots were very awkwardly shot and Couple shots were all so weird that very few of them could be used in albums. 3) Unresponsive: The owner, the photographers and the editing team are so unresponsive after they have booked you that you call them, text them or whatever but they won't respond. They will take their own sweet time for this. Every body would name other person/designer to be contacted. I had to literally sit with the photographers/editors in their office for hours to get some decent album/video designed otherwise they would keep repeating the same editing mistakes again and again. 4) Poor value: They would treat you well initially and make you feel as if you are important but after they receive their payment, all customer service and importance goes down the drain. I am writing this review so you may choose wisely unlike me whose wedding was spoilt and got scarred for life.

New Saho Digital Studio is amazing.They have really creative photography skills. Had booked them for my entire wedding and it was definetly a good decission. I was relaxed as they were really proactive and didn't leave any moment uncaptured. The overall experience was satisfactory as they were pretty professional with their work.

Worst kind of experience. The photographers were late for bridal photoshoot, not present during majority of our rituals and even their manager is such an irresponsible person who makes fake promises and never delivers on time. My wedding happened in Feb and till now I have not received my videos and album. Plus on calling these guys I always get a permanent reply that the work will be done in the next day and they don't get back. I was promised my videos on last Monday and it has already been 10 days from that conversation. They never came back. Utter shame on how they run their work.

The quality of service provided by vendor is so satisfactory and is appreciable. All over they best in the particular feild with coperating team.
