Horrible experience with this company! I wish I could rate negatively. It does not even deserve a 0.5. I hired stone water Eco resort for my wedding in December and as a package deal I recieved Plaban as my decorator. Upon initial meets everything seemed okay but Plaban is incapable of delivering. He has no idea what he’s doing. Despite repeatedly speaking in details about the decor and making PPTs myself to make it easier he failed to deliver! On the day of my wedding before sundown we were supposed to exchange our vows and the venue wasn’t ready at all! In fact the venue was not ready till 8 pm. We had to start the event with incomplete decor and no chairs for a crowd of 125 people Plaban had set up just 60 chairs. To make it worse instead of problem solving Plaban kept raising his voice and giving us attitude the whole time! I do not recommend this company or Plaban at all! They kept exploiting me for more money and didn’t delivery on anything discussed

As a bride from the US, I was excited to come to Goa for my dream destination wedding. But I, and my family, were disappointed by how my wedding was handled by PNP Entertainment. In our first video call, Plaban was there and made it seem like he was overseeing everything while our wedding planner, Namita Sancheti, managed the events across 2 resorts in Goa (Cocktail, Pool party, Casino night, Welcome, Mehendi, Haldi, Wedding, Reception) with a very small team. Namita was nice to work with throughout the wedding planning and execution. There was a forecast for heavy rain so she was able to make arrangements to change a few of our events in short notice. But with all of the changes, major details and decor were omitted. I was mostly disappointed when it came to event decorations. I sent Namita pictures that I saw on Instagram and she said her team can get it done. However, at my wedding, the decor in the events did not match what my family and I selected in multiple discussions and even paid for upfront. We were over-promised and over-charged. Some examples include: For Haldi, we asked for a decorated scooter to take pictures with, and instead, got a bicycle. For bride entry, my phoolon ki chaddar was not what I selected and was underwhelming. The mandap did not have that grand factor. During phere, guests were supposed to be given flower petals to throw but there were no petals except at the very end. I was really disheartened at my bidai -- we could not have a vintage car on the property so I reluctantly agreed to having to leave the mandap in a golf cart, which was not even decorated. Timing of events was another problem. We had discussed the schedule but I felt Namita could have done a better job with helping us  stick with the schedule and making sure the venues were set up on time. For example, my haldi started very late and because of that, I got late getting ready for my wedding and then the reception also got delayed. Many times, I was rushed to get ready for the next event, and then had to wait for transportation to bring me to the venue. Overall, PNP Entertainment did not meet our expectations. My family took on a lot of the planning and stress when they should have been enjoying freely. There were inefficiencies and missing details for most of the events. Plaban was barely responsive after the first meeting. Namita knows good vendors in Goa (eg, good quality masks, DJs, cake decorator: chocolat_story) but needs to work on organization, proactiveness, and professionalism when dealing with international clients, and needs more staff, especially during a busy wedding season. I would not recommend this company to a future bride. Go with a bigger, more experienced company for your once in a lifetime big day.

Literally the WORSE management ever. Plaban vanished after taking the advance. 2 days before the wedding we realised he has outsourced the ENTIRE wedding to another company. We had to run thru all the details again. NOT ONE THING WAS DONE ON TIME. The decor was HORRIBLE, we were harassed to pay upfront just 2 hours before the wedding or else the mandap would be removed. I would personally not recommend him or his company to anyone. I’ve literally only coordinated all 2 days of my wedding only panicking if the stage and arrangements are done. The team is ZERO Professional. Plaban even stopped answering calls on the day of the wedding and asked only to coordinate with the outsourced vendor (who had no clue of our discussion and did not deliver the promised decor or arrangements) Please please DO NOT book him. THIS GUY IS A SCAM.

After sealing the contract, Plaban was completely invisible and MIA… left assigned event manager understaffed and never bothered to check with me about the mess created with the main event . It was a complete disaster of wedding Mandap and setup. No lighting around . Final departure of my daughter in a horrible cart .. can’t forget .. I get nauseas thinking about him . We are regretting to have him doing the event . No organization skill to handle the group of 200 people. He had ruined our dreams of having a blast for my daughters wedding and want to alert everyone. Overpaid and unable to deliver the promised services . Good luck if you still choose him for your events ..

PNP Entertainment is one of the worst service provider, I have ever seen. They not only lack the professional competence, they are seriously under staffed. They would always over promise with no delivery. They may just be the tent decor guys but trying to be in event management space which is not their forte. They screwed up our wedding big way. Plaban was just fantastic. he gave us whatever we wanted and much more. he made final changes as we needed and didnt complain even once about us being indecisive. He beyond his job to make arrangements for us.... like needing last minute superglue or ribbons. his decor was super.

My daughter just got married last month in Goa. She had a vision and specific requirements for each of her functions and was worried if justice would be done. But plaban from PNP not only did complete justice but even more and all within our budget. I surely hope to use his services again!

We just got married in Goa 15 days ago and Plaban handled our wedding decor. We were extremely happy with the outcome. I was very specific about how I wanted each function to look and I must say that he went beyond to make my vision into a beautiful reality. I would highly highly recommend picking his company for your decor. And lastly, he is a very polite, nice and patient person to deal with. He’s always willing to help and always finds out best ways to fit whatever he can in your budget!

PNP entertainment had organised 25th wedding anniversary of my parents in Goa. They have given a very good service and met our dream expectations and infact surprised us by giving more. They got us the perfect decor and the perfect MOCs that made our function a huge success. Also, along with meeting our requirements, they made sure that it was in our budget. So yes I would recommend everyone to approach them for any kind of event in Goa. Elegant taste! Great management! Budget friendly! Reliable team!

Absolutely unprofessional and non cordial team. Had the worst possible experience with them and do not wish anyone to face the problems which we did. Mediocre quality of stuff given to us, horrible lighting arrangements, shoddy work with the stage, pathetic execution of our vision and 90% deviation from our agreed contract. Will request wedmegood to debar this team and especially Plaban who was a horrible vendor.
