Worst experience with the client followup team, no commitment to the promises the team has made to the client. I booked PR decors for a house function and pre wedding events in Hyderabad on 29-30 May and paid 50% advance payment instead of the small token amount because they committed to return it if the wedding is canceled or postponed due to COVID. My wedding was postponed and moved to a different city; initially the team member confirmed that the money will be returned but it has been more than 3 months I haven’t received a single penny back and now they don’t even pick up the calls. A word of advise for whosoever wants to go with them - just pay the minimum possible token amount to block the vendors in these uncertain COVID times because the vendors won’t sympathise with your situation if the wedding doesn’t happen as per the initial plans.

Had a wonderful experience with no hurdles anywhere. Raju is wonderful person, always speaks politely and makes us feel comfortable. Would definitely consider them for future events.

Raju and his team has done extremely great job at my sister wedding. The decorations were lovely and everyone has enjoyed taking pictures with them. The themes and colors were suggested and discussed with us explaining what would look better and where. We felt very happy looking at the end result on our day. Everything was perfect, gorgeous and neatly finished. I rate the event decorations as five and I already suggested to my friends who are planning to get married in this 2021. I wish they would amaze many more people with there creativeness and hard work.

One of the best decors in the city I could say, when I was worrying about the event I got to know this app and based on reviews I have choosen this decors. I couldn’t have asked for a better association. I found his profile on Instagram while I was browsing for decorators. I convinced my dad to speak to him because of the work he published. My dad was a little sceptical as we don’t have any personal references and all we know are online reviews. But once we spoke to him, we had no further doubts. Very understanding and also accommodating when it comes to last minute requests. The work was also neat and didn’t have any issues whatsoever. Compared to all the other vendors, his work is worth the price. Others quote a bomb and is more or less the same work. We would definitely contact him the next time we have any event :)

I must say that my wife and i would blindly recommend these guys for any occasions. They have done the decor for our engagement, wedding, reception and other ceremonies at home. For all of these occasions they were always on their toes getting things in the way we wanted and not always sticking to what was agreed upon earlier. We had checked out at least 6-8 different vendors before finally choosing PR Decorations. The choice was almost instantaneous after our interaction with Raju. His involvement in my entire wedding, from advising the most suitable decor for various events, to taking care of the minute details and to understandingly accommodating additional requests, was nothing short of a family member. He is an utter pleasure to work with and is extremely considerate in addressing all of my family's requests and concerns. I was having a bridezilla moment at 2 am in the night, literally 8-9 hours before my wedding ceremony, and he was kind enough to accommodate to the additional requests I had made without a hint of hesitation.
