Due to preponement of my wedding I had visited the store and it did not disappoint! The collection here is wonderful and their work is extremely clean. The staff is really helpful and managed to arrange everything in a very short span of time. Kudos to the entire team ❤️

Amazing collection but really bad customer service. I had to call multiple times just to get a trial which was again a disaster. After giving them the size 3 times they still managed to ruin the blouse. They asked us to come at 6:00 pm for trial but the blouse arrived at 7:30 pm. Even though the product was beautiful my entire bridal wear experience was ruined by the bad customer service. Very very unprofessional customer service.

Perfect place for bridal lengha After visiting and leaving atleast 7-8 boutique I walked into the Pallavi Poddar and found exactly what I was looking for. A special thanks to Rukshar di who has in depth knowledge of her field and was able to Come up with quick solutions to all my questions . She gave me personal attention to all my personal requirements and also suggesting me the what colour will look good on me and the most important thing that the delivery of lengha is always on time. Totally satisfied with the experience.

Great experience at Pallavi Poddar - my outfit got ready on the exact date as promised and everything was perfect in the first trial itself. Special shoutout to Ruksaar who was very patient throughout the selection process and the fittings. She gave good suggestions throughout and understood exactly what I was looking for. Very happy with the overall experience here compared to a lot of other designers where we ended up doing a lot of back and forth.

I had very short period of time between my Roka and Wedding but still within a span of 1 and a half month i got my lehenga delivered that too with no compromise on the quality. I found Pallavi Poddar through Wed Me Good approximately 2.5 months before my wedding after I had a poor experience with a wedding lehenga I bought in NJ. I was a little skeptical about buying a dress I couldn’t try in or see in person but Ayush from Pallavi’ s team made me feel comfortable with the virtual process and answered the many questions I had. Pallavi walked me through the measurement process and I was able to take all my measurements on my own with her watching over video to make sure I was doing it right. The team communicated updates throughout and sent progress pictures along the way. My dress arrived just in time for my wedding and fit perfectly! I came across this designer via online research. They were only the first shop I visited in Kolkata and I immediately said yes to the lehenga. Part of the reason was FOMO as they are strict about no video calls even. They require an advance before they even allow a video call of that lehenga only. Either way the work is phenomenal. I was assisted by Rukhsar she is great in remembering your suggestions and concers as well as any minor change requests. I received many compliments and their work is absolutely exquisite. Every single detail is hand crafted with finesse you can only expect from top top designers. They also deliver the lehenga is a huge velvet box thats meant to make you feel like the absolute queen every bride is!
