We were shown various themes based on the budget finalised by us... Must say that they have a wide variety of decor ideas. Decor was exactly as shown. As a add-on they did manage our photographer & makeup artist and it all went so smoothly. Thank you for making my sister's day most memorable and special. While one wanted a beautiful, dreamy wedding, i thought the pandemic will never make that happen for me. But am so so glad we found parinaya sutra. Even though we had to do a small wedding with a much smaller space than originally planned, Dheera and her team made sure that the decor was not lacking in anything. It was magical from the get-go! I want to thank the whole team for not cutting their efforts short even though we had to cut short the budget due to corona!!! Agar doosri shaadi hogi toh aapse hi karaungi...hahahah... We hired Parinaya Sutra ( PS) for our daughter's wedding at Jaipur. It was well about 6 months before the wedding .The wedding was at a 5 star property in Feb 21. Initially they looked quite promising but when it came down to deliverables, there were shortfalls everywhere . The layout were never submitted till a day before the wedding when there was no time left to examine anything. One for sangeet was submitted about 15 days before but even the same never came back when we suggested amendments. Decor was just about OK. It was basic minimum what could be provided within the written agreement . Since it was impossible to reduce everything to writing , much was discussed , explained and left to them to execute. When the same was demanded , they put across demand for extra money. Obviously , at that point of time we either agreed or quietly gave up . Varmalas looked stale , reception of guests was disastrous and several guests faced lots of harassment leaving us embarrassed . Welcome baskets were never kept in few rooms and when pointed out after the wedding they lacked basic courtesy of even apologising and flatly refused to accept that there were any shortcomings. Mehendiwalies left the mehendi in between and left us red faced before the guests. Their coordination with the hotel left a lot to desire and kept me at the edge till very last. We had expected that when they have charged a profit upfront , rest of the items will be as per the cost but we were wrong . They saved money in each and every item during execution. Overall not an experience I would like to recall.

When I was planning my wedding, like every other wedding, there were last-minute changes. We needed to plan an entire evening of our Sangeet night which of course needed work. Someone recommended us Parinaya Sutra and we got in touch with the team (via Dheera). And we are glad we did! She got us in touch with everyone on the team that we needed to work with. Helped us with our tight deadline. The performers were very friendly and cooperative. The performances were very nice and got the whole crowd grooving to their beats. They also accommodated their dance to our otherwise smaller stage, which was commendable. One thing that we did miss, however, was that not all songs we requested were added to the performances. But I think it was because we literally gave them very little time to prepare on all. But all in all, it was a 5/5 service.

Everything was well planned, all minute details very thought off. Ours was a very off beat out of the box theme. It was important for the planners to understand our concept. We met other planners too but most of them use the standard themes and try to build it around it. However Parinaya Sutra started from scratch and used their creativity to meet our requirement. Not only they could sync with our concept they enhanced it. The final effect was huge. The hotel gave us the venue a few hours before the function but Sutra’s team pulled it off and what a amazing result we had. They are hugely talented and dedicated. Their creativity has no boundaries. We have such a wonderful rapport with them, we will continue to use their services for all our functions.

We had a dream marriage event at Nahargarh Palace Ranthambore planned by Parinaya Sutra. We were amazed by their decor output, energies put during the execution and planning, attention to details and handling of the vendors. They are on top of latest trends in light, sound, catering, decor, events, entertainment, hospitality and can bring them to the event as per your needs. Team brings a lot of professionalism in the planning stage given their experience with Corporates. They also introduced us to multiple quality vendors. There were a few tricky situations as happens in a large event and they were able to resolve them gracefully. They also accommodated several ideas of family members from both sides making the event personal. Dheera leads from the front and ensures planning milestones are met. She is highly recommended for Decor planning. Rohit and Sunita were gems in her team and they treated the event as if it was their own. Our huge gratitude to them for their efforts and output. Big shout out to the entire team for what they achieved for our guests.

The wedding decor by Parinaya Sutra was amazing! Their coordinator Kamran and Dheera herself had worked extremely hard to get everything perfect. The only reason for giving 3.5 stars and not 5 is for the coordination with external vendors. Food was passable and repetitive. For destination weddings, would suggest to have your own photographer, makeup and mehendi artists. Would be a life saver! Would definitely recommend them to people purely for the decor!
