He was extremely professional, always punctual and made it a point to understand what I wanted. He would give his suggestions and inputs at the right times. Hi Everyone, Choosing pixel diaries was the worst decision of my life because I chose them for my lifetime event that is a wedding. They are so cheap, the whole team actually. I am listing down the instances happened with me - 1. Firstly, that coordinator or I would say so-called CEO Mr  Nishant didn't turn up on the wedding day and just sent 2-3 college students for photography. 2. On the wedding morning, they called the bride (unfortunately me) to know the breakfast arrangements for them (senseless people). They were so concerned about the food. Even they went for lunch and dinner in between the programs and missed capturing some precious moments. They didn't click the proper pictures. No video of more than 20 minutes was provided. 3. In between the reception, they told us to go back since they have another shoot tomorrow. And took the payment on the dinner table only. That also with the condition of payment of their return transport with the condition that they want AC cab only. 4. After the wedding, when it came for the last payment and album delivery, one of the guys, Mr. Ujjawal, denied that he had taken any money from us and threatened us for not providing the wedding data they captured. later when we have shown the proof he agreed for the payment. He in between the discussion made vulgar comments for the bridal photoshoot and abused me. 5. When we complained about this misbehavior to their team and that So called CEO Nishant and Karan (head of some department), they apologized to me and my husband. Also, sent us the apology email mentioning that we are terminating Ujjawal Singh because of his ridiculous behavior. 6. Later, we got the recording of the calls that happened within the team and You guys won't believe it, they all together were making fun of us, our relatives and were commenting on our status, arrangements and even the appearance of us and our relatives attending the wedding. 7. At the end, we didn't receive proper photos and albums and they said 'Aapke budget main itna hi tha'. They never removed Ujjawal Singh from the company. He is still working with them. They all were close friends and just robbed us and fooled us. I tried to file a case against them for racism, misbehavior, making inappropriate comments on bride, harassing us, fraud, blackmail and many more. Also commenting on the physicality of someone is a crime in India. But unfortunately, we found the company is not registered under companies act. They will send a team of 4 college students from Bhopal. (thats what happened in my case) I have all the recordings of calls, apology emails and screenshots of chats but couldn't do anything since their company's registered address is also not found by our lawyer in mumbai or pune what they mentioned on the website. I can just make all of you aware of these cheater people, so in future you never think of choosing PIXEL DIARIES. Also, I would request ShaadiSaga to list only genuine photographers and companies. Not such Jerks.

I had my son's wedding conducted by Pixel Diaries. They perform exceedingly well while capturing every moment in detail. This is an organisation that's worth spending money for as they seek special attention towards Bride, Groom and their family members.

They will take the booking and before 15 days of marriage, when i called them they haven't pickup my call and saying we can't do it in the mentioned budget! Highly unprofessional behaviour, not even bother to inform the same. Don't go for their services, they will ruin your event!!!!!!
