Plush's photography is par compare. The shots from our wedding have turned out beyond stunning, can easily confirm what others have said. Videography is a fledgling offering right now (all our development point type feedback is only related to this service), but I'm sure it'll grow to be as amazing as their photos/editing (although in the end we've loved our candid trailer and teaser so all's well that ends well etc.). Deadlines have been an issue at times but I suspect that's just coz this has been a crazy year for weddings and they're mega popular at the moment, also because the founders hustle big time and this isn't their only venture. That considered they're relatively easy to get a hold of most times. Wouldn't have it another way, their team was professional while at our event and have captured our most precious moments with such skill and grace. Would def recommend to friends who get married!

I would urge any couple to not make mistake of selecting Plush Affairs for such an important period of your lives , wedding. Founders are unprofessional and they outsource everything to local photographers, videographer, Editor who do not have experience/talent considering the expectations/promises. During my wedding they forgot to bring drone (and treat it like a small thing while I had all plans of videos of that view). Forgot about sending team to Tilak function which was on second day, It delayed our function. For bride groom portrait wedding photos their was no recommendation on poses. It was I who had to ultimately suggest everything. I had to get video editing done thrice that to at a local small videographer place (that's when I could confirm about outsourcing), editing was nothing like promised. We had to improvise there. They didn't even bother to make 1 min wedding teaser or trailer. - Still disappointed bride

A big thanks to Apoorv and Sanyogita as they have left no stone unturned in delivering the outputs that we expected from them. They were very humble and patient while handling our requirements. Such amazing team, we had great fun getting shot by them. Photography in my mind was the most important part of the wedding and I was continuously sceptical of who to go with. I had a wonderful experience with Plush Affairs! Hands down their entire process was so organized that I hardly had to follow up with them which kept me calm throughout my marriage proceedings and I think that's what makes the invested money worth it. The team is highly professional. We had a real fun time while getting shots by Shubham and Arun (from the team). They were so passionate towards their work which made us face the camera well. I personally love their cinematography. It's been almost 10 months of my wedding but I still keep watching our teaser, trailor and movie every now and then😍. The team was dedicated to bring out the best content on table and were very patient and polite to make any modifications until we got satisfied☺️☺️ Last but not the least, I am grateful to Plush Affairs also because it transformed my husband for getting clicked easily, which was not his usual self before marriage😝

Our experience with plush affairs was sadly pretty disappointing. We did a lot of research and their profile looked very promising, the experience delivered was unfortunately not at par. Honestly gave 3 generously. Some 'main' pointers: - Their photographers were late for both events we hired them for by a significant time (they missed all the early morning and evening shots when bride and groom were ready and waiting for their photographers to click pictures)! This is definition of sin in this space!! We didn't get any pictures of me dressing up or our costumes. We had planned the wedding in a beautiful garden and missed all pictures during sunrise and sunset due to them being late!!! There was poor management during the events and they had falsely promised a manager in the crew who never turned up. Despite such a blunder they never volunteered to compensate us in any fashion. This disappointed us the most and I'll never be able to get over this. I must acknowledge that once whatever photos taken were out, there were many amazing clicks that we were satisfied by!!! They make for many of the memories we wanted. The disappointing sub par customer experience delivery continued post the wedding with constant delays in providing the deliverables or mismatch in what was promised (e.g. we initially received very poor video quality while the promise was made for full HD/4k. Their explanations were lame and unprofessional - if you promise a quality you better give that through whatever means) it's been almost 6 months since the wedding and we still haven't received everything that was promised :/. Overall, there was a lot of unprofessional behaviour (punctual and delivery to promise to be precise, Aproov and team 'spoke' professionally) and delivery has a big big gap from the profile you see for them. The candid photographer, Sibin to call out did a fantastic job! The regular photographers were also very good! It was the management that was a big mess-up (cherry on the cake was the owner leaving the WhatsApp group they created abruptly when we are giving constant feedback based on facts and data points) You may get luckier for your wedding so feel free to give them a chance! Our personal advice is that there are much better professional players in the market (we've experienced our friends use them) that provide real value for this money

After attending my bff's wedding in 2015 i was very sure that i want plush affairs for my wedding so it wasn't a tough task for me to find a photographer. Their work is amazingly good.Their team members are very punctual and co-operative and they make sure that they pick out pictures of small small moments from different events. I was very doubtful about my phera pictures because of the mid pool mandap but it took me by surprise that they have covered it so beautifully. I would definitely recommend them to all brides out there to chose them.
