Extremely disappointed with the orders I placed online and through the websites. It wasn't a one time disappointment, but rather repeatedly. They say delivery in 10-15 days but don't deliver for months. On WhatsApp, they either don't respond or keep saying they will look into it with no result. After-sales service is extremely pathetic.

Product quality is not up to the mark. The quality of zips added in the dresses are really poor. The stitching is also really shabby. Also, they don't have a refund policy, they'll only give you a coupon valid for 6 months or exchange. Won't recommend to get your money stuck with Pratap & Sons.

very poor products and services. Avoid this shop.I Purchased 3 dresses from this shop online. While purchasing they told to make any alteration in fitting required but when approached ,they refused to do any alteration. I was also surprised to check that the one of dress chain was not properly working and was defective. If you want to waste your money than make purchasing from this place.

The collection isn’t bad but the owner is super rude. It’s not an isolated incident either, many of my friends had told me but I also thought it wouldn’t happen to me. Worst shopping experience, don’t spoil your mood don’t go here.

Got 2 pre function lehengas from them, they are just a big name with no service at all. Even after booking the lehengas in advance, they were not ready on the day of the delivery, even during the trial it was as ill fitted as they I placed the order. Even till the final day my blouse is still ill fitted but i just couldn't be bothered with them as they are just terrible. You get the best designs at reasonable prices. They are bit on higher side but if you compare them with high end brands then you you will know the difference why they are termed as reasonable. They provide you with the same quality like any other higher level brands but at low prices than them.
