She's unprofessional and I was late because of her for my engagement, I specifically asked her I need to be ready by 9 am she said she'll do it on time, and on my engagement day she says "What is the point of getting ready so early, you'll be ready by 10 am". During the booking she confirmed I'll be ready by 9 am and on my special day I was late because of her!
