I literally never wear makeup (unless you count the occasional Lakme CC cream and eyeliner) and I didn't want heavy makeup looks for my wedding events! I wanted to look like myself but have my features mildly highlighted. I gave Priya a bunch of conditions like no lashes, no lenses, no kajal one the waterline, no heavy eyebrows and she met them all. We had a trial session before the big day to discuss the hairstyles alone which was very helpful. I received SO MANY compliments during and after the wedding events and the pictures turned out GREAT. Most importantly, I felt extremely beautiful and confident! Her team also has great MUAs and hairstylists who helped my mom, sister and cousin get ready. The groom makeover was top notch as well! Priya is an excellent person to depend on for your big day makeover. Me being from a Bengali culture had no idea how the bridal look works in a Tamil marrige, but Priya asked my opinions on how I want my make up on the begining and i never had to regret after that. Priya did an amazing job for my wedding, Engagement and reception looks. All the looks were gorgeous especially the muhurtham's matte look was so classy. She did HD and Airbrush make-up for the first day events and everyone complemented the make-up. Ritu did a great job for hair. The best part was how Priya brought out the exact look I wanted for all the events. She enhanced my features subtly and didn't change my facial structure/shape. She always gives us option for the looks and communicates very clearly. She does not charge too much like other make-up artists which is another aspect I love. I barely had anything to worry about! Priya and her team took care of pretty much everything including some extra pieces of jewelry that I had to borrow. The quality of the products used were so good!! Having preferred a rather demure pallet for the make up, it was really nice. The hairstyling was quite unexpected- a messy braid and it looked really pretty. Although I had quite the tough time undoing it. Nonetheless, a job well done!!

I read a couple of her reviews online and got impressed to called her and find out the details. The occasion was only a less than a week ahead and I was lucky that she agreed to come and help me for my occasion. She was very warm in explaining how my requirements can be met. Though I was very busy with the occasion arrangements, she was constantly in touch with me discussing my requirements and ensured that she will reach on time for work. Well, actually she was much more punctual than i expected. Priya and her team were extremely professional and courteous. I simply fell in love with her make up, hair do and saree draping. I was willing to experiment colorful eye make and Priya went with the flow. The hair do was another bold style I wanted to try and that also came out so professional and perfect than I expected. Our entire make up and getting ready session went so energetic and exciting. She really gave me what I exactly wanted! I had done my wedding make ups and other family functions and photoshoot make ups done from top most make up artists in the city earlier. I would whole heartedly and truthfully say, "Priya was the Best!". She and her team had such a dedication and helped us get ready on time. Her quality of make up was mind blowing. The skin make up, eye make up,lip colour and blush... She transformed me into an entirely different person. I looked mind blowing and stunning. Everyone saw me in awe and jaw struck. I was so happy, never felt like that before. My husband and myself had to sit in front of Omam (Holy Ritual fire) for almost 2 hours. The heat and flames were so strong over the face and we started sweating like anything. I thought I was going to look like a mess at the end. But believe me, I just looked the same from the beginning of the function till the end. I myself couldn't believe my eyes. Even the guests moved away from the hall as the fire was getting stronger and heat was too much. But absolutely nothing happened to the make up. It simply lasted for easily 10 hours. My photos came out extremely stunning. The Photographers themselves extremely appreciated the work of my make up artist. Even today my photographers says that Priya and her team were the best and should be my make up artist for next function also. Thank you so so much Priya your wonderful make up and for making us look the best on our special day. It is so close to our hearts. Love you loads for that. I can never forget that day and how I got to know you. My mom also was really impressed with your work,since you exactly gave what she needed for her age and made her also look the best. I had to look for another makeup artist two weeks before my wedding as the artist whom I have already booked was unavailable on my date due to unavoidable circumstances. I was not sure who would accept because it was too late and most of them would be booked by that time. Priya too had another event on the same day. But she agreed to doll me up for my big day. I went for trial and I was totally satisfied with her. She was on time to the venue. She did a great work. She had to shuttle between two events. But that did not affect the work she did.
