My recent online shopping experience with pulimootil silks was really pathetic. In the past i got a products with reasonable price and quality through Pulimootil silks, that is the reason this time i thought of opting online shopping on the eve of my relative marriage. First i ordered 3 sarees which is showing on the website of pulimootil. But after one day customer care team from Tissue called me and updated in that 2 items are not available since those are having some damage, and they can replace those with some other items They shared the images through whatsup , most of the items shown are not good and in those items are overpriced as well. Since i did all the payment through online banking i have to opt two other items, so after searching a lot a found the item, but once product is delivered looks like the items are of not good quality and looks like from old stocks. This item product is delivered from Kollam shop. Once raised the concern with customer care team ,initially they agreed to replace the item, but today updated that they are not able to replace Kanchipuram saree. Since as a long term customer of pulimootil online shopping what i observe now is i. There is no guarantee that you will get the items which is given on the website ii. Looks like stocks are less , even at least Tissue show room after Vishnu ,eid, easter season is over iii. The stocks which is showing in online is not having that much quality iv. Over priced items, compared to same kind of items , materials in other online shopping websites. v. Looks like pouring lot of money in the form of advertisement for film stars like Havana, but looting those money from online customers. vi. This is based on my experience in online shopping. Real time shopping by directly going to show room may differ.
