I recently hired Radiance Events Planner for a significant event in Lucknow and was thoroughly disappointed. Communication was poor; they rarely responded to calls or messages, causing constant stress. The event was poorly executed: decorations were subpar, floral arrangements wilted, and essential elements were missing. The catering was equally disappointing with cold, bland food that didn’t match the agreed-upon menu. The staff on the day were unprofessional and uncooperative. Overall, Radiance Events Planner failed to meet their promises, and I would not recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and professional event planning service. Look elsewhere for better service.
