They had informed me that orders needed to be placed 3 months in advance. I gave my order on July 15th, and they assured me that my initial trial would be on October 2nd, with delivery by the 7th. After confirming the design and paying advance they called back to switch to another pattern which is easier for them,to which I insisted on sticking to the original plan.Despite my continuous requests for updates ,I received no response. Towards the end of Sept,when I inquired about the trial schedule, they suddenly informed me of delays, pushing the delivery to the 9th and then the 14th. I received my dress just ONE DAY before my wedding, with a lot of alterations .The final result didn't match my initial specifications, but overall it looked nice . However, after the wedding back home ,I found two bruises on my neck, because they had failed to make the necessary adjustments I had requested, such as cutting the net. Also the beads fell out from one side of the neck portion and I had to cover it with my hair .Very very disappointed ! If you want a stressful wedding , this is the place you should go to.
