Being in new york, it was more nerve wracking to plan a wedding but she and her team were always a phone call away. Very accommodating of different time zones. The team made some great suggestions around decor and combined my aesthetics with their unique ideas. I am very particular about what I want and Janvi got my personality, designed the wedding around that! The team is also very efficient interacting with external vendors .Everything starting from favors to decor .. it was all great! Her design team did great work too.. We got in touch with Janvi almost 6 months prior to our wedding scheduled for Jan 2020. From the moment we met her we were very comfortable with her and instinctively knew we were in the right hands. It was quite a task curating a wedding where the tastes and ideas of the to-be husband and wife were so different but she handled the issues brilliantly. She has a great knack for what will work or not and has an even more brilliant team which we later realised were more of friends for us rather than just professionals. As expected, there were many last minute challenges during execution and not because of the planners rather, on account of our uniquely scripted wedding and the venue which was a high security area inside a defence establishment. However, Janvi and her team ensured that it remained mostly their headache and the couple was left to enjoy the celebrations and focus on the wedding functions. Her team is dogged and extremely hard working, not to mention humble. Just watching them go at it day after day and then towards the functions dates be at it night after night, sleepless and exhausted was a deeply humbling experience for us too. While all concepts look sound on paper and laptop screens but to have the executed end result even better is rare and we were blessed to have Janvi and team on our side to make it happen. It was a decor and arrangement that guests and family were left in awe of. And all this achieved by her through her constant involvement with the wedding as well as her personal attention to the details and what the vendors could or could not do. She made sure they did their best and at highly negotiated prices which was again due to her insistence at being involved deeply with every part of the planning and execution. We would also like to make a special mention for Dhrumi and Ruchi who were like two rocks of support and also for their exceptional execution which made our lives so easy. It wasnt a big fat India wedding, rather it was a small, classy, well curated non-Indian wedding and they pulled it off marvelously.
