Sabyasachi established his label in 1999, with a workforce of just 3 people. Over the years he has grown in leaps and bounds and now has 5 flagship stores across India and also retails out of many multi-designer stores. If you are dreaming of a fairytale wedding, then your wedding will not be complete without Sabyasachi outfits. Sabyasachi has become a household name when it comes to deciding clothing for any formal Indian event, especially weddings. Sabyasachi’s design philosophy is very simple. He believes in 'Personalized imperfection of the human hand.' For him clothing is just an extension of human intellect and he draws inspiration from the traditions of his hometown, Kolkata. He uses a lot of Indian techniques such as bandhni, block printing, gota work, tie & dye and many indigenous fabrics in his designs. Sabyasachi has also designed costumes for a number of films such as Black, Babul, Guzaarish, and many more.
In fact, Sabyasachi is not just popular for his women’s clothing, but also his fabulous designs for men. He uses fabrics, prints, colours and embellishments generally used for women’s clothing to design clothes for men. He is equally popular amongst men for his designs, as he is with women.

How much does a Sabyasachi outfit cost
Something as beautiful and unique as a Sabyasachi outfit does not come cheap. However, it’s quality and the compliments you will receive, more than make up for the cost, and Sabyasachi outfits never go out of style. The men’s outfits start at INR 30,000 and can go up to INR 2,00,000 (approx.)

Sabyasachi has a highly skilled and professional team working with him. You can visit any of his flagship stores and browse through his beautiful collection. After taking your pick, you can have the outfit customised as per your measurements. Sabyasachi has also partnered with a number on online multi-designer stores. You can even browse through these to see what appeals to you. You can also take an appointment with the master designer for personalisation and have something unique designed for you.

Smita from the Mumbai store helped my husband pick out two sherwanis for the wedding. We couldnt choose between two Sabya designs so we got two. He ended up wearing one for the baraat and then changed into another for the wedding ceremony. She helped make sure the colors would match, the outfit fit, and that all of our order was received on time. She was always willing to help and facetime when we needed. Highly recommend her if you are purchasing from the Mumbai store. Source

As every other bride i always wanted to be a Sabyasachi Bride . Though lehenga was always a first preference , but the idea of intimate weddings and small gatherings in wedding totally changed my perception .As a odia bride , my parents always wanted to see me in a bridal saree rather a lehnga .So due to shutdown and lockdown in the country and all states , there were travel restrctions and most of the designer labels were offering appointment basis video calls . It was a tough job to decide my bridal saree . As they were not into customizations , only open for sale of products in stock . Started taking appointment for all the stores starting from kolkata and ended up liking something at the Hyderabad Store . Sabyasachi sarees and sheer elegance and embroidered with so much detailings and intricacy .Classic Red colour banarasee saree is sabya's forte and i always wanted to be draped in one of his classic ensemble .

We booked them for our special day. They were incredible on the day. We really appreciate their patience, knowledge and energy. We fell in love with the photos that we got. They are gorgeous. I would like to thank them for capturing every detail of special moments so beautifully. Highly recommended

I bought a few of my dresses from here. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful my experience has been - from the personalized service to lovely collections of dresses in all price ranges. The staff were friendly and attentive. They helped me to choose the best outfit for my big day. The quality of dress was also really good. Highly recommended

The Sabyasachi has amazing luxury quality services. My brother got his outfits from there. Everything was top notch. He got his indo western sherwani from there they were amazing! they had amazing designs!

The Sabyasachi team enjoyed creating and providing us with mind satisfying varieties of groomwear that is sure to mesmerize the spectators and the one adorning. I loved the outfit they made for my husband for our wedding function.

Sabyasachi can never dissapoint you! My husband got his sherwani from Sabysachi which was beige in colour! We both colour coordinated also the designer has amazing options to chose from and amazing staff and customer services!
