Ordered six sarees online. I had to call them several times to find out when the sarees would arrive after three weeks had gone by. They sent me 5 out of the 6 sarees. It has been more than 3 months and I am yet to receive the 6th saree. I have written to them several times via WhatsApp. I even tried reaching them over the phone. Their response always has been will be "sending the saree soon". They have not offered to refund the money. Had a really bad experience shopping with them online. Will not recommend them to anyone. Customer service is awful. They are definitely a bunch or fraudsters.
