First of all its not only about makeover satisfaction, my primary concern in my comments were regarding your response to the clients, it was like till last minute we dont know you will be coming or not. Please read the below message in this point view for better understanding. Did she mention only regarding the work i am not satisfied or did she mention all other questions i have asked her regarding the other things like timing and not picking up the call till 1 hr before the event time i have mentioned, booked by looking at someone else page, and someone else will be doing my makeup? Would you like to answers those questions as well? Before questioning the client regarding their product knowledge, please try to maintain professionalism in all other things as well like letting them know that you will be late  so that they dont panic, attend the call and speak up if the follow up before one week of the event, dont just whatapp them ok da for every question and just yes da till the day of the event!! If yu cant accept those criticism regarding the stress yu are causing someone on their day and just blaming us for what we expect, then its yur loss!! End of the day its your profession!! Just for one line that i said that i am not satisfied with the work you are able to call more than 5 times to ask, but you are not able to pick up the call from june 11 till june 16 morning!! WHAT ABOUT YOUR ANSWER ON THAT. How all the reviews says that yu dont pick up the call after booking ? Its my mistake that i dint check those reviews before booking!  You too Have a nice a day and make someone big day special and not panic!!
