Shine Wedding Photography

I had a very disappointing experience with Shine and their team at my wedding. Despite our agreed-upon schedule of 6 am, they arrived two hours late at 8 am, displaying a lack of punctuality and professionalism. While Shine's photography skills may be adequate, their team members were unprofessional and appeared intoxicated, leaving much to be desired in terms of customer care and service. Obtaining our wedding albums from them was an arduous task, requiring over 2000 phone calls and even involving police intervention for some to receive their albums. Shine's services due to their poor management, tardiness, and lack of professionalism. NOT RECCOMENDED AT ALL....

I wanted to share my honest feedback about the SHINE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY, SRI LANKA who provided services on my wedding day, and unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. To begin with, they arrived very late in the morning, causing me to miss out on capturing several special moments of the day. What made matters worse was that even the main photographer, Shine, failed to show up on both days (wedding and homecoming) as promised and sent his assistants. I made multiple visits to their location to communicate my desires and requirements but I realize that none of my requests were considered after looking at the raw images they sent. Adding to the frustration, I received thank you cards on my homecoming day, long after most of the guests had left. The level of customer service provided by this vendor was the worst I have ever encountered. I'm still trying to contact them to get my wedding video done and to send them selected photos to make my wedding album EVEN AFTER the FULL PAYMENT is DONE. No response at all. I strongly discourage anyone from getting their services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone. Please be cautious when considering them for your own events. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

worst customer service. Do not recommend anyone to obtain their service. Neither albums nor trailers have been received even after full payment and after three years since my wedding.  Still (2023-04-17), I have not received my wedding enlargement photos, edited photos, or video. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They wasted our time always.
