Very unprofessional behavior - initially Shraddha will quote some price and then she will keep adding to the price for every tiny detail. She will keep chasing you to make the advance payment after you transfer there is no seriousness. Even for the timelines - without consulting us she postponed the dates. I don't know about the quality of work - I decided to not go ahead with her. she was not available for calls and later she informed "I was on leave, I can't work on all the days for you" which was never the expectation - the only expectation was to be clear with regards to the price, the timelines and her own availability.

I worked with Shraddha for my brother's wedding invitation. Shraddha has an elaborate process. She puts in a lot of time to understand her clients and their expectation of the art that she designs. She is very thoughtful and considers her clients like her own relatives. Her work is also very intricate, creative and unique.
