they are old jeweller but they are taking advantage of there name they charges very high making charges @ 13% and high gold rate but when its come to selling there hallmark old jewellery they offer you low market rate 4 to 5% difference and also charges 2% for payment its like losing almost 25% if buy and sell you hallmark jewellery from them they dont care customers they usually have old designs becouse they sells there old buyback jewellery and charges high making charges on it from cutomers.

my experience, their designs are all outstanding!! anybody who truly wants to have standout pieces, this is the place to be. the staff everything is super.

This time its Worst Experience.We used to purchase occasion jewelry from SRHR since my grandfather time ...but this time I am very disappointed with SRHR staff who are sitting in front of necklace & Lady Kadha counter. They are very Rude and unethical. They even down know how to talk with customers and how to deal with. They have lots of good designs of jewelry but they are not showing interest to show to the customer. Now I decided to change my Vendor for myself and for my next generation.
