Worst experience ! If I had a chance to give zero ratings I would have done it. Myself and my fiancé stay in gulf, last year my we’d was planned in the month of November due my Dad’s loss in the month of June wedding was cancelled and Debojyoti was informed on the same day as amount of 20k was paid in advance, we requested for a refund and Debojyoti said we can reschedule it. We planned it this year and as per him we cannot use the money. We have to pay the overall amount again. Now it is kind of Joke !! If you have such policies which means no refund!! You need clearly mention the policies before finalizing it or taking any advance! Such a huge organization and this behavior. Behavior wise he is the worst as he explains me with an example saying If you cancel Uber will you get your refund!!! What??? It’s not about 100 rupees my dear! It’s about 20 k. I need my REFUND no more NEGOTIATIONS
