Really bad customer service. I always buy from this designer but the person who handles the WhatsApp account is unresponsive and very slow in communicating. Fir an order I placed in august, they first ran out of the material, and did not even bother notify until a month later. So I had to select a different suit. All that shipped a month later so end of sept. When it arrived one suit was smaller in size than what I ordered and the dupatta was ridiculously long. So I contacted the store on WhatsApp they are unresponsive and not attending to the matter. It’s been a month and a half since I notified them, it seems once they have the payment they don’t bother correcting their mistakes so I stuck with a small suit with unusable dupatta. I wouldn’t recommend this designer if you are living outside india!!! I also tried contacting them on IG they just deleted my msg. I’m beyond furious at this point. Very frustrating experience, evidently This is not the right standard of practice and very disappointing . Update: a month after I posted this review, they are still contemplating what to do! This is unbelievably bad customer service. Buyers beware, God forbid if you ever receive a wrong item/size you’ll be stuck with it!

I ordered a dress from Shyam Narayan Prasad recently. The dress was customised for me. During its preparation Ms A of SNP was cooperative and rechecked the measurements before couriering it to Australia, where I am based. The dress arrived a bit late, probably because logistics are affected during Covid. But it was worth the wait. The dress was packed well, is beautiful, has a perfect fit, and is the exact pattern and colour as was shown on the SNP website. Thank you SNP and Ms A 😊

I bought a goreous yellow-blue tui & gota handwork lehenga from Shyam Narayan Prasad for my reception. My in-laws wanted me to be the one to pick my reception outfit, so when I got to know that Shyam Narayan Prasad has such a gorgeous collection at Hue Fashions (Dharam Palace), I couldn't not go! The lehenga has such a gorgeous look - so classy, elegant, and intricately designed. I felt like a royal wearing the outfit!

Exquisitely designed anarkalis and lehengas, which are light and comfortable to wear. Great service by the team, especially Sapna. Look forward to getting many more outfits from them.

I highly recommend them.. i bought ready made anarkali which came in no time..and got lots of compliments and where to buy.. i also bought two custom made lehengas- the team at shyam narayan prasad were not only accomodating but always pleasant and quick in their response back..immediately within 12 hrs - different side of world. time zone. my lehengas I order were wrong size, they were kind enough to make the adjustments for free and send it back in three days for wedding I was attending..I can not speak enough praises for their professionalism and all effort they have made.. and I will be buying from them again.. i loved all three outfits with lots of compliments.. colors and craftmanship were exceptional .. I am so grateful.. i would selected all if not limited to what to recommended for..
