Worst ever experience. I bought set amounting to Rs 8000, 6 months back from Lajpat store. I wore only once for 2 hours and packed it again in transparent bag as guided by them. Post 6 months I took it out for a function and found that all colours were off. I went to their store and they said “ek baar chal gaya na ham to ek baar ki bi guarantee nahi dete”. They told me they will get it polished and will confirm charges post polish and min charges for polish is Rs 2000 and again no guarantee that polish will remain for even 2 days. I have been looted, others please choose to spend your money wisely.

Jewellery is good quality however staff is literally not interested in showing anything of wroth or listen to what customer is asking for. If the customer doesn`t select what they show, they will immediately be disinterested in customer. I bought my wedding jewellery from South Ex store and in spite of me telling the store person that earing back is not strong, she sold me like that saying this is how it is. And it broke the second time I wore earing. I had to go back to repair it. It might be a good place to buy wedding jewellery but do not expect anyone to be interested in selling you anything.
