Worst ever services I have experienced in my life. These people's are so unprofessional that they don't even to bother to reply to their clients. Inspire of making timely payment they have not delivered our wedding album. Photos were clicked so bad that editor could not design album. Please dont opt for their services.

Worst experience of my life. They ruined our wedding. They are completely unprofessional. They could not even cover our covid-wedding of 35 attendees, properly! There's so much I want to say, but one sentence is most useful "don't hire them and save your wedding! " As we were very few people, we looked for photographers in Lonavala, instead of bringing the entire crew from Mumbai, as it would add too much to the expenses (travel + accommodation at the same place). Don't make this mistake! We are not given anything that was promised. The crew was the worst! The laziest people I have ever seen. They were just relaxing on the chairs and enjoying the resort and the food. Deal: traditional photography, cinematic videography (including two insta reels, one trailer and one 5-7 mins video), 15-20 edited photos What we got: zero processed whitish raw photos covering only the bride and the groom with the worst poses! There are no pictures of the closest family members! The images provided were given directly from the camera, without even correcting the rotation! There were plenty of places in the resort for photographs, but all photos had only one background. We got first draft of the cinematic video after almost begging for it. We wanted to make a lot of changes to it. The main guy Rajesh was soo dumb. I literally had to send him a pdf containing the correction for each second. After all these efforts he just kept on saying "I'm working on it". It's been 10 months and we still don't have it! They didn't deliver edited pics, trailer and reels Well there's a lot to say, the mismanagement, worst photographers, and the false promises! Again : don't let your wedding ruin!
