its a pathetic experience for my second order with sount india jewels. I oreder 2 product and both received in broken condition. For checking the defective product customer care took anather 4 days , then they shared the return shiping address for which i paied ~400 Rs with DTDC courier service ( Jewels worth with 2800 Rs)... And the shipment returned back to them on third day it self, but aftre 5 days post recieving the defective product not getting any acknowledgemnt.. I am on risk of 2800 Rs + ~400 DTDC chnarges now with no guarantee of return...
