They are there to create memories or At least capture them. This particular photographer from the team Arun Halder, goes on to call a sister of the bride “big” and asked her not to come in the frame of the photo. Following this, when the owner of the company was contacted after knowing that such an incident has happened, he didn’t have the courtesy to call back or even answer a simple question of what the photographer’s name from the incident was. Quality: Average at best 1. Photography & Cinematography - No real effort to understand the requirements & hence output was unpleasant. Most of the photos lack basic photography sense - Weird angles, childlike composition, no fresh/creative ideas, and mostly staged/posed photos. We received few good photos and rest all junk. 2. Editing & Design - Lacks basic design sense which is unexpected of a photography unit. We had to get involved into minutest of details in the albums & videos. Generally, they use design templates available over the net and do not have the ability to customize it. Professionalism: Poor 1. No adherence to promised timelines - Project finished in 2 years, Photographers were late during photo shoots citing various excuses 2. Lack of ownership & money mindedness - Leader of the tribe, Ritesh is worst of them all. He lives in his own world where they are the best photographers in India and gets offended if you point out any shortcomings. They kept blaming things on lighting, decoration and never took any ownership. Cares only about money and nothing else. Unaware of what was happening throughout the project and was of no help in getting things done (They outsource different parts of the project to other vendors). I had to spend a lot of time with photo/video editors directly to get things done. Pricing: Overpriced Last but not the least, with the kind of service we got, they charged us a fortune. These people do not deserve even 50% of what we paid. Overall: Unsatisfactory Very disappointed with the overall service provided. We went with FOTOME because it was local to Ranchi and had great reviews online. However, the work does not justify it at all. I had a terrible experience and I feel I should let others know about it. Please be extra cautious and vet things properly before trusting them with your memorable events.

even 0.5 star is too much. they cheat people, they hire third party and provide the contract to someone else. they don't even tell you the name of the photographers who will cover the event. highly inefficient. their motive is to gain money by cheating people.

Photography is a beautiful art and a photographer , a beautiful artist! Whatever you say from the bottom of your heart, it will always be special for them , because they are photographer; they can find deepest meaning , emotion and beauty out of just a plain sentence. But if i would get an opportunity to compliment a photographer, i would use something like these: ‘You have a beautiful art of not only capturing smiles but souls!’ ‘ Your photos tell a story which even million words wont be able to express this beautifully.’

The delivery was a big problem as they did not do on time.The team was good with clients and once the amount was taken they took the clients for granted and about the the pricing its on a high side .
