Awful Experience at SBJ, South Ex. Bought one of their most selling pieces. Had the following experiences a. The trial date was delayed. Was supposed to try a week before the wedding, but it was delayed by 2 days. b. The sherwani had chalk marks which even after dry cleaning twice did not leave. c. The quality of the fabric used was flawed. It had marks in the final piece. d. The fabric of pagdi was very different from the fabric of stole. The color and the quality both were different. Men are generally not particular about such small details, but you would not want to trust them with the most important dress of your life. They messed my experience and I am writing this review three days before my wedding, knowing nothing can be done and i am left with no options. Extremely pissed. Immorality of the people if exemplary. Charging multiple times and delivering sub standard quality.

My husband went to Study By Janak for his groom wear for all our wedding functions. They had a lovely outfits collection and I am happy that he got everything at one place. I felt that the Sherwani for the wedding was a bit light in its work. And their customer services weren't that great though. He faced issues with the fittings till the last moment and the delivery for the wedding attire was delayed.

Got a suit made from this store. I went all the way from Chennai to this shitty store who charged me 35k for my reception suit and delivered a piece of crap. After receiving the suit I figured that suit was already been used by someone else, it had steins on it and the chest pad was visible on the suit, it had dirt marks on all the edges(sleeves, lapel). And on top of that they think they had sent a perfect piece. A complete waste of money guys. Also sharing pictures with you all.

My cousin had bought a Suit from them and as it turned out the experience wasn't as good. The staff isnt really polite and they don't stick to the discounts on offer. They change it as per their interests. Not that I'd recommend anyone to shop from their store. Too overpriced and the quality isn't that good.

Not worth the hype, quality is only at par with the local tailor! Bought a suit for my sagan and to my surprise the zip got open on its own just before the function. Also, got embarassed when my cousin told me in my ears that stitching of my suit is torn from back of the shoulder. I bought it from Grand Mall Gurgaon and will not recommend it to anyone.

By the following letter of complaint, i would like to inform the cheatign practises happening at study by janak openly which I found on my visit today. at your showroom. 1. It was mentioned flat 30% discount on all clothes. But when I chose to buy a suit and asked for 30% discount, sales person @ suit department informed me that for ready made suits only 20% discount is there. I resisted that it is mentioned that 30 % is all garments. But he still said 20 %. 2. I went to another floor and asked another salesman there and he confirmed me that 30 % discount is on all clothes including ready made. 3. Meanwhile manager came in and said that for ready made we give 20 % and began negotiating and offered 22.5% and I asked 25 %. For confirmation he went inside and then came out and said that only 20 % we can offer. He even refused his own offer and said since I did not accepted 22.5.5 thus it stands cancelled and now only 20 %. 4. I came out and called study by janak, south Ex. branch and they also confirmed that on all the centers there is flat discount of 30 % all the clothes including ready made garments. This is a case of complete cheating the customer by your outlet's staff and even the manager. Its very sad that we find such cheating practises going on so openly and it not only ruins the image of your branch but the Study by janak as a whole. After this experience neither I would go nor would I like to recommend any one to shop @ study by janak.

We live in the US, and he came for the wedding 2 weeks before the day. They were very cooperative and understood our situation and delivered us the clothes on time for him to wear for the wedding.
