I want to first say that the decor and quality of work was fantastic. Vidisha, our coordinator was professional and provided a high quality service. She spearheaded this whole project and is a mature and skilled professional. She handled everyone well and did not require follow ups or feedback after the brief was aligned. However we had some unpleasantness with Deepanshu, the owner who was rude to the guests and our family and caused potential disruption and delay at one of the events. Wedding parties need assurance and dependability and some moments of unecessary anxiety were caused at the brief visits by him. Again the staff and the coordinator was excellent and flawless and on time and the team has a great energy without the owner. we feel pained to not give a full five star performance because of brief unpleasantness.

The Nara Event is just amazing! From start to finish they were assisting me and taking care of all my crazy requests. The set up of tables, chairs, cocktail hour etc was executed perfectly. I received several great comments from friends and family on how beautiful everything was. I was not a worried bride that day because of you! Thank you again! Keep it up Deepanshu.
