I got to know about Swati tai through my sister. It was basically my sister who was in constant contact with her. Eventually Swati tai insisted I directly have a conversation with her. The first time I talked to her itself gave me so much of confidence in her. Her sweet and humble nature really took all my worries away. I really admire her dedication towards her brides and from the time you book her, she'll constantly think of the ideas and looks for her brides and time to time will give you suggestions on how the looks can be done.
