We are based out of San Francisco and our wedding was in Jaipur, so we had to work remotely with our planner. Transparent communication, trust and ability to work with family back in India were the most important factors that helped us select Mooncloud events, and more specifically- Megha for our wedding. Here are some specific examples of how Mooncloud Events led by Megha went above and beyond to help us plan our wedding: Available: They were always available to answer our questions, even if it was in the middle of the night- which is typical to expect when working across timezones. Megha has great patience and gets along very well with anyone. It never for once felt like we’re working with someone who isn’t part of our family! Vendor management: Once we scouted and finalized the vendors, Megha and team managed them wonderfully. They handled all of the logistics of our wedding, so we didn't have to worry about a thing. Megha had great ideas for the decor and liaised very well with the excellent decor team- Prince events to share our ideas, preferences and change requests. Adaptive and Flexible: I remember on the day of the wedding, my sisters and nieces wanted to do a performance for the bridal entry which required some props. It was all taken care of by Megha and team. I love the team’s spontaneity and a “let’s do it” attitude. I am sure a 100 things would have gone wrong at the wedding but I didn’t find out about any of those and that’s a great sign of a job done well: I could completely enjoy the party without the slightest worry of things coming together. An organised company with good work ethics & simply powerful team. We hired this company 4months back for my brother’s wedding & they did their job flawlessly. They were very different from other wedding planners I spoke with. They understands our needs and responds accordingly rather than just pressurizing clients on doing what they wants. They got us a great deal at my dream wedding location that suited our budget and always had reasonable options for everything.They had great connections with all kinds of vendors be it Luxury hotel properties to best photographers to musicians for the best prices. Please avoid hiring this company if you are under budget and don't want to be left right before the wedding without a planner. Yes, thats exactly what happened. We hired Megha and her team to plan our wedding on a short notice as we live outside Delhi and needed someone on the ground to do the work. The company took advance and we were set to meet once I and my (now) husband reached Delhi (some weeks before the wedding). However on reaching Delhi, we realised that Megha made no efforts whatsoever to have our first meeting. As a bride that drove me crazy as we had a hundred things to take care of! Next thing I know, we get a message from her saying "sorry the company can no longer do your event as they don't have the resources" ! They returned our advance but left us 15 days before the wedding with no planner!!! THATS A NIGHTMARE for any bride!!! No professional company does that! I mean no one!! If the company didn't have resources, then why pursue us and waste our time to give them our trust?! Moreover, I would expect a professional company who would want to serve their clients right, to at least provide some alternatives. NOTHING!! Its been 2 months since our wedding took place and it was beautiful!! And I am so glad it was without Megha and her team. We found someone else who was a lot more professional and was charging minimal compared to what Mooncloud offered. I am glad it didn't work out with this company but I don't want any other bride or groom to go through the same stress that I went through and hence this review. I hope the company learns a lesson as they can definitely not sustain in long term with this kind of work ethics.

Hiring Mooncloud Events for our wedding planning was one of the best decisions we ever made. They organized everything exceptionally well. In fact, on the wedding day, they called both of us and asked how we are doing? We really could not have asked for anything more. They truly created our dream wedding! Best wedding decorators in delhi so far! Best Catering Services Provider! Best Hospitality! Everything on top.

We had a great experience working with The Mooncloud Events at our wedding. Our guests loved the decor in all our functions. The team was great to work with. My husband had a high bar about the decor at our wedding and we were happy that the decorations met those expectations. Megha spent hours with us planning those details. She was always available and open to new ideas. Her availability was key as we were planning everything while sitting in the United States. Megha would push back when the ideas went off the budget or suggest alternates. The end result was that our guests loved the decorations at our mehendi, sangeet, haldi and wedding. One example - our guests took so many pics at the photo booth. Our venue - Orient Taj at Agra - was probably a new venue for the The Mooncloud team but they still put together a solid show. They were able to recreate a few new decor ideas we picked from our friends’ weddings. One suggestion - as you plan your wedding or other functions, make sure to explore other decor options than just going with the option proposed by the The Mooncloud Team who knows you might like something else. Be creative! Also ask about the individual pricing of the events / decor ideas so you can make the right decision in your budget.

I think one of the best decision that we took for my cousins wedding was hiring a professional planner and honestly Team The Mooncloud Events is hands down the best planner team anyone could imagine.
