We decided to book The Perfect Knock immediately after our initial call with celebrant Mayur. We had no clue what to expect, but from day one, he made us feel completely comfortable. Shubham was our Planner for our wedding at Le Meridien, Mahabaleshwar. We had met him previously and knew him to be a really friendly and competent person, so we were delighted when he told us he’d be free to be our wedding planner! Since we were planning our wedding from abroad, we were in touch with Shubham via email and phone /video calls. From the beginning, we felt really comfortable with him. He is extremely warm and bubbly while remaining utterly professional. What we really loved throughout the process was that Shubham really wanted to get to know us as a couple. From the outset, it was clear that he had loads of experience and suggestions and advice when it came to planning our ceremony. At the same time, he wasn’t pushy at all, and made it clear that we had utmost flexibility and freedom as far as the details were concerned. The few months and weeks leading up to the ceremony felt very much like a collaborative time where we bounced ideas and suggestions off each other. On the day, we were both hugely nervous but Shubham calmed our nerves. He was amazing, and many of our guests commented on how beautiful, unique and personalised the ceremony was. I'd honestly give a minus rating if I had an option since I had 2 of their staff high on drugs and drunk ( one of which is Shubham's brother btw) as well as Shubham was drunk at my wedding! I was dealing with Mayur and Shubham when I first met them and a couple times more post that. Mine was a very intimate catholic wedding at a small venue by size with a small guest list. However I wanted to go a little over with the decor. After seeing and speaking to alot of decorators I came across them and from the time I met Shubham Sharma he seemed like a very arrogant, know it all kind of guy while his partner Mayur is just the opposite. On the day of the wedding they canceled the decor for a certain part of the venue which I insisted on having and they said it'll be done. They moment I reached the venue, it wasn't there! Apparently they tried calling me and waited till the very last hour to let me know they didn't do it because it didn't look "very nice ". I got to know through an inside person that they didn't have enough of it to put it there. 2 of their staff were drunk and stoned at my wedding and they misbehaved and started opening bottles of alcohol when the bartenders were already done with their work and the bar was closed. They have alot of internal issues going on amongst their staff , do not hire them. 🙄 they totally ruined my wedding day with their staff under the influence of substance. I've attached a photo and the guy in the green t-shirt who is one of them was supposed to make sure that we don't fall short of anything at the bar. As you can see, he's behind the bar with an open bottle of our alcohol.

We chose The Perfect Knock for planning our wedding in Lonavala. Our interactions were primarily with Shubham. Our experience working with him was terrible and he was the only thing in our wedding which was far from perfect. Shubham took too many back to back weddings and did not give any attention to our wedding. We had zero support from Shubham for any guest and vendor management. On the day of our wedding, things got way worse where Shubham lied to us by bringing in a resort worker as a Safa tying vendor who was trying to tie a Safa second time in his life using YouTube video. I have never come across this height of unprofessionalism.

I have found Shubham from WMG and he was very quick to respond and immediately after few on call discussion he had taken us for venue visit. which we really appreciate as we had spoken to n number of event planners and but they were trying to be hired without giving the confidence. for this I really appreciate Shubham's approach. There were some schedule change in between on short notice due to COVID and shubham had supported in that without making any kind of issue on that. decoration..makeup everything was superb only one thing I would like to mention as a feedback is they can improve the communication between vendors there were some instances that we faced small issue here and there due to communication gap for example day 1 room booking info with resort admin was different from the actual and had not been checked before which had made us to wait few hours for check-in which had impact on that day's schedule. so it could had been corrected if it would had been checked and corrected earlier. on 2nd day also we had to call the team several time during the lunch as there were no sitting arrangements done which had been discussed. so these are the small small things which can be improved. these are the only scope of improvement I can see from my side rest of the thing were good and I appreciate all the efforts he made to make my day memorable. We had our wedding planned in first week of June 2021. We booked Courtyard Marriott for our wedding. We planned for a 2 day wedding with a stay. As Rohit (Groom) was in USA, he arrived in India on 1st May. Though we did few discussion regarding Maharashtrian rituals and wedding beforehand but everything was planned after May. From booking venue, selection of decor, photographer, marriage registration, booking rooms for guests following all covid restrictions, everything was done within a span of 20 days, despite of strict lockdown in Pune. Shubham and Mayur did everything so well, helped us select venue which was in our budget, took care of the minute things like flowers and jipsy for bridal makeup, etc. Whatever we asked for, they made sure to give their best. Both of them took care of things as if it was their family function. One of the guest commented "Best wedding management I have ever seen". I would strongly recommend Perfect Knock entertainment, if you are looking for hastle free, budget friendly and most importantly everything under one roof kind of wedding.

Pros: 1. Shubham is very polite 2. It is a one stop shop.. you can get your decor, entry planning, entertainment vendors all from perfect knock. Cons: 1. Decor was not completed on time. 2. They will not suggest the feasibility of an idea to the client and do something random on the wedding day. 3. Need to mention your requirements in extreme detail example you want sofa for seating, you want design for dance floor etc. Recommend them only if you have the time and energy to double triple check everything.

They planned and executed everything the way I wanted.I decided them to be my wedding planner when I met both (Mayur & Shubham) for the first time at Corinthians Club in Pune in November 2019 where they were managing a very chaotic Wedding.They managed the difficult family of bride and groom where the wedding was on the verge of getting cancelled by the client due to their internal family issues but not only TPKE managed their function but also made sure that bride and groom family settles everything at peace. Where everything got cancelled a day before wedding, TPKE managed to set up everything again within a night and the marriage was successful.They can go to an extent which very very few people will to make your event is successful. Planning your own wedding, in a different city and being the only child can be very taxing. Thanks to the Shubham and his team for making my wedding day the most memorable day of my life so far. I evaluated couple of other highly rated wedding planners in Pune, however Shubham's quote was in my budget. I did have second thoughts about the quality of work the Perfect Knock team would deliver, however they turned out to be very professional. Shubham ensured that even the minutest of the details were delivered to perfection. The sangeet, haldi and the wedding were all managed at the highest standards by Shubham and his team. They also went the extra mile for taking permissions for the baraat from the local police station. I would highly recommend the Perfect Knock Entertainment as an event planner especially for weddings. They definitely have the recipe to the 'Perfect Wedding'. These guys are such a gem!! It is not only about breathtaking decor they had in my wedding, But their attention to detail and making a memorable wedding for each guest and it was so apparent. We are by no means fancy people but were excited to splurge for our once in a lifetime wedding. They were so incredible at making us feel welcome, excited for us to celebrate ( Giving personalised touch and themeing the whole concept of our wedding!! ), and were attentive to everything. What I appreciated I think the most was that while we were of course splurging on some things, we were definitely not the fanciest/highest dollar people staying there and I never felt like they treated us any differently or wanted to help us any less. Such a treat through and through!! In addition to all of the amazing things while we were enjoying our wedding, I lost my jwellery in my room on our last night and the hospitality that team was AMAZING. They connected with the hotel for me, made security personnell to work on it, and then notified each of the team member. Next day I woke up to a handwritten note to stop by the helpdesk to go over the reception. And I was blown away! If you want to plan your wedding with someone incredibly classy, feel totally pampered, and receive top notch service, BOOK THIS WEDDING PLANNER!! Could not fault their work. Shubham and Mayur looked after us so well and their customer service is second to none. We even had to postpone and change our dates and they were so accommodating with all of our request.
