Quirky naari has got to have the WORST customer service in the online shopping space. No responses, dead silences, completely incompetent handling of queries and complaints. Shockingly BAD. The founders should be red-faced with embarrassment. After a harrowing few weeks I may see light at the end of this horrendous dark tunnel. Once I get my exchange then God! Never again. Somebody please revoke their business license. SHAME.

I would not advise anyone to buy from the online store… i placed my order 1 month ago and have received no updates since then…I constantly keep asking about my updates via whatssap but they send the same assuring messages all the time… really disappointing… i had ordered for my sister on raksha bandhan but I guess I’ll give it to her next year on Rakhi now

I had the worst experience of ordering from them, I had placed the order on 25th May and I have a wedding in June end. They have not yet dispatched the shoes that I need to wear on my wedding, let alone delivery. After repeated follow up on mail also they send you false update of order pickup whereas when I track it down it is pending pickup since eternity from their side. They themselves promise delivery in 10-15 days and this is what they do .. do not respect customers time nor value their emotions for even lifetime events like wedding.

I just want to say that I love 'The Quirky Naari'. I had ordered a pair of wanderlust sneakers from them one and half year ago and I was scared that paint will wash off or at least fade with time but to my surprise it is still the same. Since then I've shopped for 4 pairs from them and looks like I'm not gonna stop. My little closet is so happy and my heart is full. Everywhere I go, I get so many compliments. Thank you Quirky Naari for being so outstanding every time... ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent experience! Even with my poor planning, when I approached a few days before the event, The Quirky Naari team was more than happy to customize shoes for me into their busy schedule. The best part was that they knew exactly the look I was aiming for and that’s what I got. I will definitely go back again, and I will recommend her to all my friends.

Please dont order. Worst service. Shoes were not of good quality. I ordered in February and received the product in may that too size was not correct. I had to exchange it. Because there is no return policy. Please dont order.

Not at all happy with the quality, product differs much than they show. Even shoe laces are not proper. Waste of money. And also delivery is slow like hell. It took 50 days to deliver. Total disappointment.

This is a terrible company. Initially, on looking at their Instagram, I was so excited to order matching slides for myself and my bridesmaids and also ordered a customized jean jacket. I had to wait 5 months for my order to arrive after constantly messaging and being ignored by the company (also after paying upfront). The faces of my sister on the jean jacket came out absolutely terrible (I looked like a demon), although the slides looked really nice. They only messaged me to ask me to pay for shipping charges, and when I suggested that they should cover them because of the shitty service, they accused me of being unethical. I strongly do not recommend buying things from this company; the products are questionable at best and they obviously do not value their customers at all.

Not sure about quality as i havent receiveed my item yet... its been 26 days.. and they don't even give any expected date on site. No tracking systems.. i ordered there standard pineapple shoes. In today's e commerce world very strange to not getting items for a month . atleast there should be a warning while ordering about expected time so customer can decide. Super dissatisfied.

The Quirky Naari is a real Quirky thing. They offer you huge variety from sneakers to juttis, caps, jackets, jeans, sliders and what not. I have quite good collection from their brand. The customer service is immpeccable. They are a very creative team with bucket load of ideas. Its always been an awsome experience shopping from them❤

From bridal sneakers to bridal juttis, kolhapuris, sliders they have it all.... you can get the sequin ones or the handpainted ones to match your wedding outfit. Customisation is what I love about this brand....
