We recently got married in Jaipur at the ITC Rajputana and we couldn’t have done it without Gitanjali and everyone at Saffron Studio. We had guests from US, Europe, and India and we had compressed the schedule of events down to two packed days so it was not an easy event to plan for. Our wedding was planned during peak season at the ITC Rajputana and we started planning only 3 months before the event. Despite that, Gitanjali was able to get great vendors - from photographers to decor to even the small things like gift baskets. During our planning Gitanjali was very accommodating to find convenient times to talk regularly despite the large time difference as We are based in California, which is 12:30 hours time difference from India. We spoke with a couple planners and really clicked with Gitanjali. She is very methodical - great communication, very organized. She has this process with mood boards and lots of photos that made it easy to explain our vision for the events, and the financial accounting was very clear as well. This aspect continued throughout our entire planning and event through final billing. We were very thankful for her organization. We also appreciated that she would offer constructive feedback on certain ideas that would not make for a good guest experience and we were able to make adjustments to the initial idea to make it a lot better. The day before our event last minute permit issues popped up but due to her good relationship and a respected reputation with hotel staff our issues was able to be quickly cleared away. Overall, this wedding would not have gone so well without Gitanjali. From the start, working with her was very pleasant and reassuring. We felt like she was a partner in our planning and really understood the general atmosphere as well as the small details we wanted to convey with our events. We had a limited budget. We were tight on time. And we weren’t willing to compromise on the execution either. Typically, you can pick 2 out of 3 but we’re so happy to say that we were able to get all 3 with Gitanjali’s planning.

Highly recommend this team! We were planning a wedding from the US in the midst of the pandemic, and Gitanjali and Rakesh just took care of everything! We barely gave them instructions but they put together a beautiful wedding with so many constraints. I really appreciated the care and personal touch they gave to planning too, getting on calls at any time to soothe any anxieties and making sure we were comfortable at every event. Thank you so much for a memorable wedding after all the twists and turns.
