They did a beautiful job and was very efficient. The decor and ideation was executed perfectly the way we wanted it to be. But during the event they were very troublesome for the last payment of maybe 10-15 percent which we would have anyways done because we were staying at the venue for next two days or even post the event. But bothering us between the ceremony is a little disappointing since it is once in a lifetime moment and we all can be a little patient. Anyways my friends handled it. We would have paid it earlier before the ceremony but we were already late for the ceremony so it was just a little difficult for us.

My partner’s parents wanted the wedding to happen in their ancestral home. We stay outside of India whereas the home is in Karaikudi. My partner and I had always dreamt of a beach wedding but the planning part of it was hectic. We had guests flying from various parts of the world and had so many things to take care of. The team was very hands-on in taking control of the situation. Even when we had issues popping up every now and then they ensured that it was solved right away and the flow never got disturbed. I came to know about The Wedding Experience through Instagram. I and the groom were from different cultures. So, almost all the events had two versions and it was an absolute big fat Indian wedding. Our experience with working with the wonderful and confident team of Akram and Charranya to organise the decor for our wedding was nothing short of splendid! Of all the vendors whom we tried connecting with during the initial phase, not a single vendor could fit our requirements within the budget that we set aside for decor. Everyone quoted much high prices and continuously urged us to scale down our vision. Akram and Charannya spent a lot of time brainstorming with us to execute our decor ideas - they were honest with their feedback and clearly outlined whether our vision could be executed within our budget or not. I think what helped them a lot as well was that we spent some time to think about how we wanted the decor to be for different events in our wedding and presented them a powerpoint and they worked out the feasibility & costing. But when I came across The Wedding Experience, and heard their plan and saw their designs i was convinced only for 50% but someone trustworthy suggested this company so I went with it. Man, it was the best decision I had taken, their team was very hospitable from the moment we landed from the airport, they welcomed with a bouquet and took us to the hotel and conveyed me all the details that are in progess. All my guests had a similar experience with their logistics team, no guest had to wait for even 5 mins at the airport for their vehicle. The hospitality team at the hotel made the check-in process very smooth and convenient for my guests. The decor was exuberant and larger than life. Their operations team was very helpful and made sure they sorted all our requests with a smile on their face. And ofcourse their team made sure to guide and remind us about all our functions so that we could reach on time and have fun. My 50% belief changed to 200% belief after experiencing their service.
