We hired Weddingwale's Event Management Services for my sister's wedding in February 2022 at Radisson Karjat. We had a fantastic experience with them. What stood out for us was how they made the entire process hassle free and offered a personal touch. Reetu, Jignesh and the entire team are highly professional. We had the best time working with genuinely the best event planners “The Wedding Wale” A.K.A Reetu Jain, Jignesh Chouhan and Team. They work like a family-they treat clients like a family and in the end we all become a big fat family. They come on board, understand your vision for the wedding, guide you through and through to ensure the vision is achieved. I had my doubts initially but honestly they delivered. They have an able experienced team to handle all departments of the wedding be it Hospitality, Logistics, F&B, Decor, Wedding designs and stationery etc. They introduce you to good vendors be it for your Mehendi artists, make up, decor, photographers, celebrities, Sangeet choreography teams mainly all in sync with your budget. They have no qualms about you making any bookings directly and best part they co-ordinate with all the agencies perfectly on the big day so nothing is out of place. They work very systematically. They set up the Timeline and Budget allocation chart at the onset. Like they tell you how to go about the wedding, make a timeline of things to do and allocate budgets based on your requirement starting from save the date, pre wedding photo shoot, invites, text messages to guests, artists bookings, venue recces, RSVP’s, food menus basically everything. This helps as you are working well ahead of time, in your stipulated budget and are relaxed. The good thing about them is they are willing to go the extra mile until you are satisfied or see that smile on the client’s face. Their USP is their Varmala and couple entries for each event. Irrespective of your budget- they plan in detail and truly make the Varmala and couple entries special and memorable for you. You could book them just for this. We had endless late night long phone calls , many many meetings, million texts but they were always always available and consistent. There are many wedding planners out there and tonnes of new ideas in the wedding industry every day. What I figured is on your big day you need a team that you trust and who work for you with a big smile and a warm heart. I can vouch for the Wedding Wale team on that.

My parents found the Weddingwale to help plan my wedding ☺️ it was a lovely experience working with them. As someone who had friends attending the wedding from outside Mumbai, one of my first concerns was how we'd arrange to receive/drop them from the airport. The Weddingwale made excellent arrangements for that! They also took care of different customizations for different guests (staying an extra day/arriving early etc). They continuously kept us posted about our guests' whereabouts related to travel. Kavya was one of our primary day-to-day coordinators. In the final days before the wedding, working with her was like planning the wedding with my sister. We'd pore over wedding cakes on Instagram to finalize mine, and then talk about our favorite TV shows. Reetu, Jignesh, Kavya, and the team were with us throughout from providing artist suggestions for floral jewelry to stepping in for the shadows when needed. They also provided us with a wonderful decorator. I would definitely recommend them, because at no point did I feel that something would be dropped or left out.

From their welcome style- when the owner, Reetu Jain, herself gives you the grand feeling of being in YOUR GHAR KI SHAADI by Dhol and dance, followed by the mesmerizing and delightful colors you see in the day-time ceremonies, followed by the Enchanting and Romantic setups for Sufi night and reception. I guess The WeddingWale never gave a chance to complain. The Team themselves are energetic and enthusiastic and the credit for surely also goes to their cheerful boss Reetu. Kickass team headed by Reetu made sure they had covered ever little detail and provided me with the best of everything. Best executors ever Samiksha and Jignesh deserve a special mention. From the bridesmaid boxes to mehendi favours and all the crazy little things I had asked for the little had reached to me on time.
