I used this company for my wedding. Although this Dehradun branch is clearly a franchise, I chose this company because I knew the name of the company as we have many branches in the United States. However, these makeup artists put the Dehradun branch and international company to shame. Because of Niddhi I was LATE to EVERY wedding event. I MISSED EVERYTHING. Niddhi and her team have no sense of time. I still get sad thinking about how much I missed of my wedding I missed. Even after planning the times and telling her I needed to go at each event, she’d say she was almost done and then spent an additional hour! I missed everything for my events, I didn’t get to dance or speak to my friends because of this make-up company. Not to mention, they weren’t even able to give me the hair style I wanted for my engagement! It was a simple blow out hair style. I even paid EXTRA to get hair extensions for the look only for them to mess it up! What is the point of hiring a makeup company if they can’t give you the hair style you request and in a TIMELY fashion? Of course, when you complain and try to get your money back for their FAILURE Niddhi says “well we did the work so its been charged.” The worst part is that Niddhi LEFT the day of my wedding and left her team to finish up. I needed so many things fixed by the time I had to come down for the phere and she wasn’t even there! Niddhi RUSHED out of there when we paid for HER SERVICES. She does not care about her client’s big day. PERIOD. Niddhi acts very nice and calm to then only charge you for things you never asked for. Do not be fooled by her. When the time comes for payment, Niddhi is a completely different person. She ended up scamming us by telling us a lower cost for her services which made us pay her individually instead of paying our decorator, Meetu from Creative Hub (see my review on their page) to then only team up with Meetu and charge us more for the both of their services! She lacks professionalism and customer service. Do not let her ruin your important day! DO NOT HIRE HER!
