We received our suit from Turquoise after 3 alterations because they didn’t care about following the measurements that they had taken ( for two suits)and then they had the audacity ask us to wait so that they alter it. First suit they decided the only way to fix was to do some patchwork, However for second - Chikankari suit even they couldn’t deny that alterations WERE NEEDED because it was 2 whole sizes down from the actual measurements.Ordered in September- First fitting in December- pathetic. Second fitting in Jan- no change. Third fitting they sent it to use because we were sick and tired of travelling for fittings and lost all hope. In the process of these alterations the Chikankari fabric was damaged with the mirrors that were embroidered on the fabric were LITERALLY falling off and they did superficial work on it even though we had clearly told them that if the fabric cannot be fixed we do not want it anymore. However Mrs. Simran gave us her word that the outfit will be good as new and it’s not even near what we were committed. Truly disappointed. We are stuck with this half a lakh worth of useless suit now.They don’t even deserve one star honestly.
