My experience with VLCC products was highly disappointing. Despite the promising claims, the skincare products did not deliver any noticeable results. Instead, they caused irritation and breakouts on my sensitive skin. The hair care products left my hair feeling dry and brittle, contrary to their claims of nourishment. Additionally, I found their customer service lacking, with unhelpful representatives and long response times. Overall, my encounter with VLCC was a waste of time and money, and I would not recommend their products to anyone.
