Don't fall for their customer service scam. Its been my second terrible experience from this shop. I was a fool going to them again after one bad experience. They say they will polish ur dress and repair all the defects. THEY WILL NOT. I live in dubai and went to vinay fashion sharjah. Bought a dress worth 700 aed nmbut there were slight defects. He said to pick it up tomorrow and he will make the necessary repairs. Even after showing him everything and telling him I cannot come tomorrow but my husband will. He doesn't know what are the defects and what to check. He assured me everything will b perfect. But nothing was. The dress was untouched for defects. Upon asking, they are calling us again to their shop in sharjah for the repair. Its insane to go again and again to the store. Don't believe their words. I will never visit this store again and neither my friends and relatives will.

Deciding to buy a dress from this store was a terrible mistake. When I entered the store, the salesman (Mr. Vivek) offered me all the changes for free. When I went to billing, I was told they wanted an additional price for the alteration. When I went to pick it up the next day, I was given dress in the same shape without touching it. When I opened it, I was told that it would be fixed the next day. Meanwhile, the salesman who took the dress drowned. The next day when I went to pick up the dress again, they said that the lining was not available and they would put another one and give it to me after a day. After one more day, the dress was packed and ready. When I tried to open it there, I was told that it was not needed and that everything was fixed. Believing that, he came to the room and was shocked when he opened the dress pack. Totally destroyed. Almost shells are cracked. All the stones were broken. This shop is unreliable and unreliable. It is lucky not to have a negative star. My money s totally waste.

Never buy from them.. we ordered a golden dress worth around 5000 AED and waited for 3 months .. they delivered red dress instead of golden and when we said we can’t take it a salesman named Hitesh said all is in his hands and karigar ko Lal acha laga to Lal bana deeya aur ab kuch nahi ho sakta lal hi Lena parega .. aur bahut Zaida Batmeezi ki .. he said owner bhi mere aage kuch nahi kar sakte .. we were so helpless we begged him to do something but in vain .. our money is totally wasted.. we saw another lady also begging in front of him uske bhi dress k same hua tha .. if you buy from them for your wedding you are in big trouble as they are not willing to help you

Hi guys, I am writing to share my personal experience with Vinay fashion bur dubai branch. It was the worst experience I ever had buying a western dress, I had to go through some alternations as the dress fit was not perfect and it was promised after payment that it will done right however their tailor didn’t even had the understanding of alteration. The fit was not even proper after 3 alternations after which I asked for home delivery which they agreed after lot of back and forth. The product was delivered to my address and when I checked the fitting, it was again improper (same as before)- no changes in the fitting. This is when their store had shared the video to the tailor on what alternations are to be done. After which I had no options except to ask for the refund, I already spent almost half of the price of the dress in the cab by travelling trice to their store in bur dubai just for checking if the fit of the dress was accurate or not. The refund was rejected and I was told to collect the credit note from the store again to buy new product. So Please be aware before you buy anything from them and fall into the trap. Thanks
