Fraud, unprofessional, pathetic service. They have deleted video footage of the entire wedding day. Couldn’t recover and didn’t refund any amount.. Precious memory are lost and they have no regret not taking any ownership. Zero accountability.. After giving them full payment they’ve delivered wedding video, in which the entire day of wedding missing. Initially they had hidden it from us so that they can get the full payment. After my wife discovered that the entire day of wedding is missing, she raised a concern with Wedding Flash team. Then they accepted that the video footage for the entire day has been corrupted and missing. Initially they promised that they’ll get it recovered or they’ll refund the amount. They failed to recover and now it has been more than a year, they haven’t refunded a single penny. After following up with them multiple times the owner has been playing with us and making fake promises like she will do the refund in a week. It’s been more than 6 months that she has been doing the same charade but not making any refund. I’ll suggest don’t ever give them any wedding or event projects.
