FRAUD FRADU FRAUD! My daughter’s wedding took place six months ago, and despite numerous assurances and revised deadlines, I have yet to receive any of the promised content from either vendor. Each month, I am given a new date by these vendors, only for them to fail to deliver once again. To make matters worse, they have stopped responding to my calls altogether. It is only when I leave a negative review on your platform that they temporarily resume contact, only to provide yet another unfulfilled promise. This pattern has repeated itself for six months now, and I am left without the cherished memories of my daughter’s wedding that were promised to me.!

We are so happy we decided to have Adrian capture our wedding as the photos turned out amazing! He was extremely flexible in working with us due to covid cancelling our first 2 weddings. Adrian was so professional on the day and was really personable with everyone and was great with the kids also. One thing we were concerned about was having a cameraman in your face all the time at the reception, but we were really impressed how well Adrian fit into the wedding and we didn’t even know we were getting our photos taken all that time. "this is a big time scam and a big scammer i am coming across in my life. They are fraud. They have taken our money and nobody is picking our calls and not replying to our messages. Called them for more than 200 times. Its more than 3 months since our wedding and we have not received a single photo of our wedding day. Please don't hire them. They promise to give photos today and tomorrow but they always make some excuses. They are just fooling us. Never hire artsylane or wedsthetic. Both are doing scam and fraud.

Total Fraud. Hired Artsylane/Arnab Barik for my wedding on 9th March, 2023. it almost become a YEAR... still they didn't provide VIDEOs, neither the Photo album. they don't have guts to receive my calls, each time in whatsapp, they just keep on delaying and also taken money. TOTAL FRAUD.

To begin with, the communication with Arnab was abysmal. It was like pulling teeth to get a response from them, and when they did reply, it was often vague and unhelpful. In conclusion, Artsy Lane - The Wedding Fotomaker's was a colossal disappointment and a complete waste of money. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Owner does not pick up calls, possibly some reviews are fake here as they are highly irresponsible. They took advance and didn’t respond or deliver anything on any promised date. Completely fraudulent and unprofessional service. Take my advice, don't hire if you want responsible people.
