Disclaimer : Looks like they asked their own family and friends to put 4/5 star. Terrible Experience - Fraudulent Vendor We had a horrible experience with Wedding story. Simran promised to deliver beautiful décor for my event but failed to provide half the items they committed to in the contract. When we confronted them about the missing décor, they were unresponsive and unapologetic. The quality of the little they did provide was subpar and completely different from what was initially promised. To make matters worse, Simran/Aslam overcharged us and refused to return the extra amount, even after multiple attempts to resolve the issue. This vendor is unprofessional, dishonest, and clearly only interested in taking your money. I strongly advise against hiring them for any event if you don't want your special day ruined by last-minute chaos and deception. Save yourself the stress and avoid this vendor at all costs. Simran never came to venue nor arranged. She sent some under performing folks to do the setup who had no clue. Never trust nor opt them. Also request wed me good to remove them as we chose them from here and failed miserably.
