Ashvitha was extremely unprofessional in her behavior and delivered poor performance for my engagement hair and makeup. Firstly, she came an hour and half late without informing and refused to pick up phone when we tried to reach her. Then she did the opposite of what we had discussed. I had provided all the inspiration and specific instructions on a matte look which she did not bother to follow. We were so late because of her, she couldn’t estimate how much time each service will take. She was extremely disorganized and spent a lot of time just finding products. Then, she refused to finish the work until the payment was complete. She kept demanding money and kept delaying every task. She also added a product that ruined my entire makeup and look. Finally she messaged saying she was tense and nervous. She does not have the right to ruin someone’s big day like this. If she has doubt in her abilities then she should not do this work.
