This is a scam business that takes your money upfront and lies to you/ghosts you for more than a year. 1.2 years since my wedding, and still no pre-wedding shoot 😂, no wedding album, no videos. Do not risk your beautiful memories by working with these incompetent, irresponsible bunch of people. The pain of poor photo/video output, or no output at all, is much worse than the pain of having to spend extra on an actual, credible, professional business. TL;DR: they've accidentally "burnt" the hard disk containing our videos, it's been 1.2 years since we got married and we still haven't received wedding videos. Will be pursuing this legally, as I might end up having kids before these guys send me my wedding videos. Do not work with these guys. We got engaged in Feb 2023, married in may 2023, and except for some terrible photos we haven't received anything - no candid videos, no album, no raw pictures from the wedding, engagement montage, wedding candid video, wedding traditional video, pre wedding shoot (can you believe it?? 😂😂) and every time they need to be reminded that we paid them upfront. It's shocking how unprofessional these guys are, especially with their coordination. False promises, fake deadlines, but when payment was due we received back to back calls - if only they had the same commitment towards delivering on what was paid for. I noticed a few others also having bad experiences with bliss studios. The whole wedding experience has been ruined. The pictures were sub standard. If you're reading this, invest a bit more into zero watts. Walk away from these guys and save yourselves lakhs of money and peace of mind. I don't want to take names in public for the sake of decency but the people working with us are only giving us fake deadlines and false promises - I'm starting to think is this even a real company or did I get scammed ? Sometimes we feel compelled to scream and yell at our PoC for how unprofessionally this was handled, but to maintain some sense of decorum, we haven't resorted to it. Mr. Ashwin and team Bliss: I see that you guys pin the blame on your clients saying deliverables were delayed from client end. Please be assured I have detailed evidence of when and how we promptly provided everything from our end and your guy just ghosted us afterwards, so don't even think about it. For a 6 year old business, you guys should be doing much much better. Your output quality might be good (not in my case) but it doesn't even matter if you're gonna keep it to yourselves. Honest review: If you're planning your big day and looking for a good reputed photographer who can actually get things done, you're looking in the wrong place. These guys are definitely not it and not a day goes by where I don't regret choosing this vendor. Don't roll the dice for the biggest event of your life, especially not with this team.

We got married on 11th December 2022. The day I am posting this review is today 16th August 2023. We hired Bliss studios for our wedding photography after seeing their Instagram page. During our wedding and reception, their team was good and all photos taken and ideas given were good. But after that, there was a steady decline in their response. It’s been 8 whole months and still we have not got the candid video. Only two weeks back we received the albums. Traditional video was given but the work was very much below average. Candid video was given but we were not satisfied at all. Hence I even selected the shots and song to be added but yet we have not recieved the video. Everytime we call asking for photos and videos, false deadlines are given. We have spoken in every possible tone but the reponse still remains the same. So we had enough! Im writing this review really frustrated and tired of talking to them! The whole payment is done from our side. I did the payment once i recieved the albums in the trust of their promise that even the candid video will be delivered 2 days after the same. But its been two weeks now still it had not been edited and given. I will never ever recommend bliss studios to anyone.
