If there was an option to add minus star I would have preferred to rate them. Once they get all the payment they dont bother about delivering their work. We paid everything when they asked. Even then after lot of follow up we received videos. My wedding was in April 2022, after lot of false promises they didn't deliver my wedding album. I asked them to return the money if they are not doing the work. They simply dont pick our calls or reply on any medium. Now I have lost all hope. My money is gone, my special day is spoilt because of them. I wish if I would have chosen someone more genuine or some local that would have been better. I shortlisted them because I saw some good rating on wedmegoods but they are just fooling around. Seriously big mistake of my life. There is no professionalism.
