Kudos to Meragi team in planning and executing decoration arrangements for our event smoothly. Right from there user friendly online platform to go over design options, the way they are open to customization requests , payment procedure, site visits and various design options as per our budget to the immediate team who were in constant touch with us to mark the progress and smooth handover on the event, it was seamless and convenient and I have only applause for them. Special mention to Haritha from meragi team for always being there to handle my requests , queries and addressing issues on time.

Well, must say Meragi chose us than We choosing them. Was impressed by how organised and planned the team is, once we decide upon the design and the requirements, you ca sit back and watch the show come up. Primarily, we required a traditional mantap with a modern twist. . Aashi & Ramya, thank you so much for your service. The entryway is my favourite.

We booked Meragi for our wedding decor but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed with their services. We had entrusted Meragi with every décor aspect of the wedding, we had multiple rounds of discussions and planned every detail out. While they initially seemed attentive and professional, there were several issues that arose on the day of the wedding. It was disheartening to see Meragi not delivering what we had discussed on our special day. The colour of the fabric was completely different than what we’d initially finalized and the neon sign that we opted for didn’t even work properly. Additionally, the unique brass bells that were promised were not even a part of the muhurtam décor, which detracted from the overall aesthetic of the wedding. Overall, we were very disappointed with the quality of the decorations and felt that they did not live up to our expectations. In spite of telling the team repeatedly about how important the coordination was to us, they made absolutely no efforts. Aishwarya despite calling me incessantly to make the payments on time, had no courtesy to even inform me about the fact that certain elements couldn’t be arranged for despite taking the entire amount from us. I would caution others to double-check all details and ensure that everything is to their satisfaction before finalizing any contracts.

Niki and her team did a lovely job with bringing our vision to reality, for 3 events. we barely had a month to the wedding when we were speaking to Meragi, however the team was very well organised and ensured everything was in place and in time for the wedding, there were no last minute surprises for us and the team was very cooperative with any minor changes/adjustments/add ons that we requested towards the end.the team was also very cooperative with valuing the budget we set aside for decor, and advised what would work best within our budget. I would like to re-iterate their level of professionalism and the fact that everything went on very smooth on the wedding days itself. and of course, lastly they definitely had an eye for style that was minimalistic, yet classy, just how we'd like it :) well done Niki , Mehak, Aayesha, Ramya , Aftab and Prem !

Exceptional is the word. The professionalism was visible in every detail and every discussion we had. Highly recommended. This was my first event where I intended to invite a large group. It was very well managed.
