My experience was not good this time…..it does not reach to my expectations at all….At first when I visited at Neha Tripathi salon (as suggested by my sister) it was an outstanding experience the facial which ruksar did was amazing…keeping in mind my first experience I took step forward for my hair color this time …..to be honest it was horrible experience….time which I spend there I observe many things ….intead of 3 managers present over there the management was below average….people were shouting like animals I don’t know why.. what was wrong with them.. the owner of the salon was shouting at staff like anything worst experience…. Coffee which they provided were of curded milk….Now let’s talk about the hair treatment….Hair color was not similar to what I chose…..An overconfident person who was doing my hair color Mr mufeez….. I don’t know why “reputed salons” hire such kind of person who do not know how to satisfy their customers need this man was so so confident enough in his work that he does pay any heed to what I want ( pathetic man ) this man does not know how to do head wash… all the water was directly going inside my ears …. (No ear cuffs were provided)….and further at the time of hair drying this fool was so hardly holding my hairs I pointed him at that very moment but then also no attention and as a result my head started aching…the service which they provided was below my expectations….I recommend to visit cuts & curves they provide far better service than this salon the staff at cuts & curves is so humble and well discipline… the services which they provide is outstanding especially with hair treatment…..Here at Neha Tripathi Salon skin treatment was amazing but beware of hair treatment (horrible ) very disappointed!
