I agree with this, our wedding was on 05 October. The videos have not yet come. We have been following up with this person and he does not bother responding. If it is not possible to give editable videos just give us our raw videos we will try and do something with it. Guys, trust the other reviews of similar nature. It's very unprofessional behavior. He is soft spoken and was patient during the time he was there, but this is not what you eexpect
